Been out of the game awhile (General)

Been out of training for a while. I've had cadaver grafts in my knees, and abdominal surgery. This has led to weight gain and loss of flexability. Looking for an online training program or a study from home program to learn a new art while getting my mind and body back in shape. Any quality suggestions?

Pilates is good for remedial exercise and rebuilding core strength. Stationary bike might be easier on your knees for cardio weight loss than running or treadmill.
